The ceremony will begin at 16:30 at Hotel Fuente del Sol. We kindly ask that you arrive by 16:15 to ensure a prompt start.

We want everyone to look and feel their best. The dress code is summer formal — think long, colourful dresses for women and suits for men. We recommend block heels or flats, as parts of the venue are set on cobblestones.

Yes, the ceremony, reception, and dinner will take place outdoors. If the weather permits, the party will be held outdoors as well.

We will not be providing transportation to the venue. However, we have arranged a shuttle service from 9:00pm to 3:00am for guests staying at Hotel La Posada del Torcal, to help you get back safely after the celebration. Additional nearby hotels are to be confirmed. We have also included information about local taxi companies and available taxi apps in the Accommodation and Transport section.

Parking is available at the Hotel Fuente del Sol car park, situated at the venue entrance opposite the main building.

We kindly ask that you let us know ahead of time if you plan to bring children to the wedding.

The ceremony will be held in English.

While early September is generally warm in Spain, the mountainous location of our venue means daytime temperatures are usually 24–28°C, with cooler nights which can fall to as low as 15°C. Please bring a jacket or warmer layers as needed.

We would love for you to take photos and share them with us after the celebration. However, during the ceremony, we kindly ask that you keep phones tucked away and refrain from taking any photos or videos, so everyone can be fully present with us. A professional photographer and videographer will be capturing these special moments for us.
